"We have been with Jill Jack's office for 28 years of Auto and Homeowners coverage. In that time, I can recall 2 claims on Auto and 1 claim on Homeowners insurance that were handled by Jill and her staff in a very capable, professional manner. However, the most recent claim on our Auto insurance has raised the bar for exceptional service! After recent damages from fallen tree branches including a shattered windshield (which was deemed "illegal to drive" in PA) Jill's top-notch team member, Kali was extremely patient with my request for replacement of the windshield separate from the repair of the body damages. Not only did Kali seamlessly manage the scheduling of the windshield replacement, but also co-ordinated the estimates for the body repair, both at the service centers of my choosing!! In almost three decades of exceptional, professional, personalized service from Jill, Robin, Terri, and Kali, when I told Jill several years ago that her team is THE reason I have never considered getting our insurance coverage anywhere else, I STILL stand by every word !!"

"We had a issue with our previous Auto Insurance, trying to find decent full coverage for 2 vehicles, with only issue being with last insurance, did a quote online, had a call and email very quickly, priced decent, and we have an actual human agent (Nationwide was a "virtual agent", we weren't able to change that either) VERY satisfied, looking to add Renters/Homeowners, their "Hospital income" (like Aflac) and possibly life insurance if I change jobs soon"
